Working for a small and unique company this role would be for a long term and dedicated Head chef whom can create a rosette level standard menu, bring a good positive attitude to the existing team of dedicated chefs, as well as a strong Head chef background.
Head chef- The role
-Dedicated Head chef
-working 5/7 hours as required of the business (well rewarded by the company)
-over seeing services from breakfast, lunch and dinner
-all ordering, stock control and wastage controls
-Working to GP target whilst maintaining standards
-Day to day cooking where required.
-financial awareness and food costs and stock levels
-Able to think on your feet
-passionate Head chef with can do attitude.
-Live within a 15 mile radius- plus a driver with own car.
Head chef- Required experience
-At least two years as Head chef in a similar environment/ kitchen
-Qualified chef to Head chef level
-Fresh food background
-Able to work all hours 5/7 including weekends, evenings and bank holidays
-Knowledge of running a small kitchen and team
-Head chef previously
-Knowledge and experience of working GP, stock and Head chef management.
