Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, you will have full responsibility for the kitchen within the fabulous boutique Hotel. The restaurant is relaxed, and the kitchen also provides food service for the Room Service. Managing, and developing a small kitchen team - Ensuring health and safety and HACCP standards are achieved and maintained - Achieving exciting dishes within budgetary controls - Ensuring training of staff and brand standards are maintained - Menu creation and consistency of dishes.

Requirement
  • Experience of working in a similar role is essential
  • Strong leadership
  • Excellent English communication
  • Well organised
  • Outgoing personality
  • A love of food

This position would also be suitable for a Senior Sous Chef looking to transition into Head Chef although the salary would be adjusted accordingly.
