This is an excellent opportunity for a career motivated Head Banqueting Chef to head up the banqueting operation and take us to a new level in Aberdeen. We aim to be the number one hotel in Scotland to work within the hospitality industry, for our staff. As the head banquet chef, you will have an open relationship with the head chef and executive sous chef in line with menu planning and writing.
Responsibilities as Head Banqueting Chef include:
*Reporting directly to the head chef, you will be fully responsible for all banqueting, food safety recording and ordering.
*Maintaining high levels of standards and cleanliness
*Menu design, Daily Stock Control ordering
*Have experience in a similarly high quality operation with multi outlets.
*Passionate, determined and consistent
*Able to drive the team forwards
*Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
