Senior Catering Chef – Rosette Standard - £30k – Day time hours
Our client is a Hampshire based catering company, serving seasonal, local food at the highest standard. Ranging from private parties, fine dining events and idyllic marquee wedding receptions, they provide a unique service by making inspirational ideas a reality.
An exciting opportunity is available to be part of a young, innovative catering company that have put their stamp on the industry.
The Co-Director/Executive Chef is searching for ‘right hand man’ within the business.
The ideal candidate
Proven experience in a similar role, such as Banqueting within a large Hotel or a fine dining catering company
A minimum of 2 Rosette background is a must, 3 Rosette being advantageous
You must have your own transport
Confident in all aspects of kitchen management, i.e. Stock ordering, team management
Excellent communication and organisation skills
