As a Head Chef at Bournemouth Central Premier Inn you will be expected to lead and develop the 5 Kitchen team members to ensure great standards are delivered with every meal and a flawless guest experience in the Food & Beverage areas. You will also be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained within the Kitchen, and training the team of all aspects of Food Hygiene and Safety. Serving fantastic food on time every time, you will be as comfortable in a suit as you are in your chef whites. You will have the managerial skills and experience essential to the efficient running of the kitchen and the whole of our Back of House operation – managing control processes to maximize productivity and minimize issues. Maintaining a safe, compliant kitchen is a fundamental part of the role, and you will be fully responsible for all stock items in the hotel.
