INISCA are looking to recruit a head chef for an iconic seafood restaurant and takeaway in central London. This highly regarded venue has a reputation for serving the freshest seafood available in the city and they are now looking to appoint a head chef to join them at the beginning of a new chapter in their development. The company has recently appointed an exec chef consultant who has previously held a Michelin star for seven consecutive years and the new head chef will be working in conjunction with the exec in not only developing the current food offer, but helping to introduce a new high fine dining offer that's in the pipeline for the near future. - Have a background in fresh food businesses.
- Have experience of cooking fresh food at volume.
- Have a CV that reflects longevity with previous employers.
- Be looking for a long term and stable position.
The salary on offer is up to £40000 per annum, negotiable dependent on experience.
