Like our hospitality, our menus represent really great value – As a Head Chef with Premier Inn you will be part of the senior management team within the hotel, ensuring that our kitchen team members serve up delicious food and work together to deliver a great guest experience.
Serving fantastic food on time every time, you will be as comfortable in a suit as you are in your chef whites. You will have the managerial skills and experience essential to the efficient running of the kitchen and the whole of our Back of House operation – managing control processes to maximize productivity and minimize issues. Maintaining a safe, compliant kitchen is a fundamental part of the role, and you will be fully responsible for all stock items in the hotel. Where you'll really make your mark is when you are leading the team, inspiring each kitchen team member to enthusiastically deliver brilliant service at all times. From recruitment to ongoing training and development, you'll make sure they're all comfortable and confident in their role and looking ahead to see where they can be even better.
With experience in a similar role or environment, you're ready to take the next step in your career. You'll also be accomplished in the kitchen.
