Head Chef Oxfordshire- Town center inn, great rooms, food & ale! £35K
We are looking to recruit a Head Chef for this well established, brewery run British country inn, sat in the market town of Chipping Norton on the edge of the Cotswold's. Part of a well established local brewery, the offering here is all about quality food, amazing rooms and tasty beer.
They have a new GM in place from quite a high background and they are really looking to take things up a notch or two. The menu features seasonal pub classics, using fresh , seasonal produce. They are looking for a Head Chef for this Oxfordshire Inn, that can really pack a punch on flavor and who can really drive the quality of the food forward.
This could be an ideal step for a Sous Chef looking for their first kitchen, or a Head Chef that has a proven background of implementing change and improving standards.
This Head Chef role in Oxfordshire will see you working around 45 hours per week, with splits & straights required. You will also lead and develop a team of 4.
