We are a busy pub/restaurant serving traditional British and international food and due to our continued growth and growing popularity we are looking to expand our team. We are look for either a current head Chef or a strong Sous Chef that is ready to take the next step in their career. Duties would involve working alongside current chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Provide meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes. The position available is full time but can be flexible for the right candidate.Experience is essential.
