My client is an award winning Hotel & Restaurant that is an integral part of a tourist attraction in the Somerset countryside. They are looking for a Head Chef to join the team at their busy restaurant serving freshly produced traditional British classics and other dishes. This site is busy all year round as it is part of a major tourist attraction so you must be able to run service in a high volume environment.

  • The ability to lead a busy service from the front.
  • Ability to deal with busy shifts and volume.
  • Knowledge of finance procedures, stock taking and scheduling.
  • Great HACCP knowledge and a track record of EHO compliance.
  • The ability to lead and develop your team and the Head Chefs of the future.
