Head Chef Oxfordshire £34K basic + £4K Bonus, OTE £38K
We are looking to recruit a passionate, food loving Head Chef for this privately owned brasserie & bar, based just a stones through from the Oxford city center. Part of a small group, this brasserie sits at the heart of a really lovely part of Oxford and is very popular in the week with corporate diners and then at weekends, families, couples and food lovers.
The restaurant sits around 50, plus they also have a private dining room upstairs and also meeting space that is available for hire.
We are looking for a Head Chef for this Oxfordshire brasserie that is used to running a service and can lead a small team. The owners are looking for a Head Chef to come in and shake things up a bit and really drive the food offering forward. This could be an ideal first Head Chef role for a experienced Sous Chef with some great ideas.
As the Head Chef Oxfordshire, you will work around 50 hours a week, depending on the needs of the business. Though based close/ish to the Oxford city center, parking is available on site.

Salary being offered is £34,000, plus there is a bonus in place of £4000, which is easily achieved.
