WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS

  • Manage and mentor the team of Chefs
  • Create and implement exciting menus
  • Produce and present world-class European cuisine

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experienced working as a Head Chef, familiar with European cuisine
  • Able to lead a team and drive the department forward
  • Able to remain calm and focused, ensuring every dish is impeccable
  • A hands-on Chef that can lead by example
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with guests
  • The drive and ambition to succeed
