A Pub on the outskirts of Diss is looking for a Head Chef to join their small but talented kitchen team.
As Head Chef you will be expected to take responsibility for menu planning, taking advantage of the stunning fresh, local produce that the Norfolk countryside has to offer. The menu is traditional, classic Gastro style food, although a daily specials board is the perfect place to showcase your talent!
You will be working with two other chefs in the kitchen, maintaining a sound team ethos and ensuring that the team are running to their maximum potential.
The ideal applicant will have previous experience of controlling GP’s, stock levels and wastage.
