Leisure people is proud to announce the search for an exceptional Head Chef for a deluxe Boutique Hotel in Norther Ireland

Awarded the best deluxe hotel of the year in 2015, this impressive business is well-known to its regular discerning clientele who enjoy "classic & contemporary British food" in a luxurious environment. Acclaimed by the critics for its awards for excellent service and food at AA rosette standard. The restaurant is open seven days a week serving a la carte lunch and dinner menu with a wide selection of wines and champagnes.

Ideally looking for an enthusiastic, motivating and passionate Head Chef for their open kitchen who will able to inspire a small but loyal team to deliver and maintaining the high standard required. My client is well-known for his passion for local seasonal British produce at high standard.

Candidates must have previous experience at AA rosette standard. If you are passionate and creative, have previous experience as a Head Chef and are looking for an exciting new opportunities, then we want to hear from you!

Essentials are:

Strong experience as a Head Chef

Strong track records of stability

Enthusiastic & strong understanding of British cuisine

A natural team leader and loves coming to work with new ideas
