We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef who possess excellent organisational skills and experience of managing and motivating a kitchen team.
High Volume Banqueting (400 – 500 minimum and conferences of up to 1000)
Cafe and retail food production
Creating menus, food specifications and managing standards
Ordering, managing and rotating stock
Managing Food Hygiene and Health and Safety
Budgeting and managing food cost.
Developing and motivating a team
