Candidates should have experience in managing a team, stock control and only the highest level of skills when it comes to the cooking and presentation of each dish. A "leading by example" attitude should be second nature, and a willingness and passion to go above and beyond to make a guest's experience as good as it possibly can be should always be at the forefront of your mind as well as the team you'd command.

Candidates should be of the highest professional calibre and be able to take ownership of the kitchen. You take control of the full operation from cleanliness, stock control, menu writing, record keeping, training and of course a personal and professional touch and finish to the cuisine from them and the entire team. This should be a person that has held a similar position in a similar likeminded property for at least 2 years or more.
Applicants must have had experience within restaurants of 2 Rosettes or above.
