All the menu's are seasonal modern British menu's, using locally sourced produce. All cuisine is made from fresh including all stocks, sauces, desserts, etc, using classic and modern cooking techniques.
As Head chef you will be responsible for running the kitchen, managing a team of chefs and producing the highest quality food. You will have the ability to cook to spec but also use your flare to help create the menu with the execs
Salary Up to £42,000 Basic +£5,000 Tips + £6,000 Bonus
