This iconic venue, which is part of a well-known global brand, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee its banqueting and private dining operation. You will be creating fresh British/European cuisine using only the finest seasonal produce available and everything is prepared fresh on site. You must have proven experience within 5-star hotels in a senior role. You must also have strong management and motivational skills as well as banqueting experience.
As Head Chef, you will be managing the kitchen and ensuring that every dish is of the highest quality. You will be responsible for managing & developing the kitchen team, creating menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. A competitive salary of £50,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
