This great British pub is part of a small independently owned company with sites across Kent, Sussex and Surrey. Currently they are looking for an extremely talented Head Chef to take over the day to day running of this fast paced kitchen.
Each pub runs independently with the Head Chef having full responsibility for organising and managing all aspects of the catering. The menus are modern British with European influences and everything is made in house using fresh, locally sourced produce. So previous experience within a high volume, fresh food kitchen will be essential.
As Head Chef you will lead and motivate a brigade of 6 chefs and be responsible for menu design, sourcing suppliers, negotiating the best prices, costing, stock control, ordering and maintaining a profitable, happy kitchen.
