A privately owned food led pub in Derbyshire is seeking a Head Chef
A pub that has a good year round trade but due to location is particularly busy during the summer months is seeking a Head Chef to run the kitchen. Well known for offering high quality, modern British dishes that closely follow the seasons the pub will allow the successful Head Chef to have full autonomy on the menus. The kitchen has a team of four chefs who you will be responsible for directing, training and motivating to ensure that the department performs to the level expected.
This role would suit a Head Chef or a highly experienced Sous Chef with backgrounds working in one or two AA Rosette accredited kitchens, ideally pubs or restaurants. The ability to control a busy kitchen with a small team of chefs whilst remaining calm at all times is essential for this role.
