A luxury Norfolk hotel is recruiting for a Head Chef to manage the kitchen whilst remaining 'hands on’
The General Manager of a highly regarded, luxury hotel is seeking to appoint a Head Chef with a strong, stable background to manage the kitchen at the property whilst leading the team of chefs from the front. The hotel offers its guests all day dining in different locations, the main restaurant offers high quality, modern British dining and has been awarded two AA Rosettes which you will be expected to maintain. The property is particularly popular during the summer months but is busy throughout the year. As Head Chef you will be expected to develop the skills of the large team of chefs to ensure that they work to your expectations whilst also training them on the kitchen procedures.
All chefs applying to this role should have been working at Head Chef level in properties where you either achieved or maintained two AA Rosettes and must be seeking a 'hands on’ role. An excellent knowledge of kitchen management, a proven financial track record and the ability to create attractive menus is essential.
