An Inverness-Shire hotel is seeking a Head Chef to run the conference and banqueting Department
A Head Chef role is available at a large hotel where you will take on the responsibility for the day to day running of the kitchen of the popular conference and banqueting department at the property which is capable of hosting events for up to 800 covers with various different sized rooms available. The property is host to a wide range of events including weddings, large conferences, awards evenings, seminars and private events. The department has its own kitchen which is also used as a hub for the other dining outlets at the venue. In this role of Head Chef you will need to be organised and fully prepared for all events taking place ensuring that the standard of cooking matches that available in the restaurant.
This role would suit a conference and banqueting Head Chef from a similar four/ five star large hotel but CVs from senior managers from large contract catering kitchens or cruise ships would also be ideal. The ability to manage a large team of chefs including casual staff from the front whilst also completing all your necessary kitchen management responsibilities.
