A Head Chef position is available at a popular inn located on the Isles of Scilly

Role:

The General Manager of an award winning inn with 10+ bedrooms is recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the team of six chefs that work in the kitchen of the property. This is a popular dining venue that has won a number of awards for the high standards of cooking on offer which regularly serves 100 covers for lunch and dinner during the peak season. As Head Chef you will be responsible for writing the menus ensuring that you include plenty of the fantastic seafood and other local produce available on the island.

Requirements:

It is essential that all applicants have worked at Head Chef level in properties with at least one AA Rosette that were also high volume operations. The ability to manage a team of chefs who are working under pressure to ensure that they maintain the standards at all times is essential for this role. All chefs applying for the role must be keen on island/ rural life.
