A fresh food pub located in Nottinghamshire but close to the border of Lincolnshire is seeking a Head Chef
Set in a village location this privately owned fresh food pub is seeking a Head Chef who can take control of the kitchen. In this role of Head Chef you will work two days by yourself then three days with another chef and KP so you will need good all round cooking skills. The pub offers diners fresh, seasonal dishes using local suppliers wherever possible with the kitchen having full autonomy on the menus serving 20-40 covers during the week and 40-60 covers at weekends.
This role would suit a strong Sous Chef or Head Chef who has excellent all round cooking skills with the ability to work well under pressure whilst running a kitchen with a small team or on your own. A creative chef who is seeking a role where they can make a mark on the menus in order to build the reputation of the property would be ideal.
