A very strong Head Breakfast Chef is required to run the breakfast service at a hotel in Cambridgeshire
A Head Breakfast Chef position is available at a fantastic hotel that has a very busy breakfast service with the capacity to serve up to 400 covers with both buffet and 'a la carte’ menus available. In this role of Head Breakfast Chef you will be required to work 6am to 3pm, five days out of seven leading a team of five chefs who work on the breakfast service who are creating every dish from scratch onsite. In this role you will be required to organise the kitchen to ensure that you are always prepared for the busy service times but also carry out the ordering, rotas, ensure hygiene regulations are followed and have an input on the menus.
A Head Chef seeking better hours would be an ideal candidate for this role as the role needs someone with good management experience but is wishing to remain hands on in the kitchen leading the breakfast team from the front. The ability to cope well under pressure in a busy kitchen is essential but all chefs should also be trustworthy, reliable and proactive.
