Premier Residential Property Management Company are expanding their Health and Safety team with a H&S Officer position. This is an entry level position and can help to launch the career of a newly qualified H&S professional with a construction background or a site based H&S professional looking for more exposure.
Working on a portfolio of over 300 properties with works ranging from internal decoration to major structural works will give the right candidate a diverse workload. As well as the site inspections you will also be responsible for the annual audit of each site and deal with both clients and contractors.
The role will be split between sites and the office in Central London and hours can be flexible to accommodate around candidates schedules including some homeworking. Every year a training development plan is set out and funded by the company to advance your growth.
Level 3 Health and Safety Qualification (NEBOSH Certification, NCRQ Certification or equivalent).
Either - 1 year minimum experience in H&S on construction sites OR a strong construction background.
Knowledge of CDM2015.
Level 3 Fire qualification.
