We are looking for a Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Freeport Braintree Shopping Outlet, Essex. The individual will be lively, enthusiastic and an ambassador for the service excellence that is delivered when any customer comes to the centre.
With your initiative and passion for quality service, your role will consist of:
- Supporting and overseeing the smooth running of the daily/weekly/monthly operations in the unit
- Remain focussed on set personal and business objectives
- Display highest level of verbal and written communication to our Guests.
- Provide the necessary feedback to improve accuracy, productivity, and overall work standards.
- Handle Guest complaints and aim to resolve in timely manner; escalate to management where required
- Compliance with Health and Safety regulations as well as fire regulations, and safe work practices
- Maintain a sound level of housekeeping within the unit
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience of working in a fast paced and highly guest focused environment
- Outstanding relationship building skills
- Competent with Word and Excel
- A committed and skilful team player, able to influence at all levels
- Excellent communication/telephone skills
- Demonstrate an understanding of guest service 'Best-Practice’
