My client is a stunning award-winning luxury hotel, offering their guests a two-rosette accredited restaurant and fantastic spaces for Conferences & Banqueting, events and weddings. This fabulous hotel is nestled in the heart of the beautiful Hertfordshire Countryside. They pride themselves on always delivering a first-class standard of service to all of their guests.

My client is seeking to recruit a customer-focused Guest Service Agent with exceptional people skills, who enjoys working as part of a busy and passionate team. You will be well presented, eager to exceed customer expectations and be able to deliver a warm and welcoming approach.Guest Service Agent responsibilities:

- Represent the hotel in the most professional, courteous and efficient manner
- Use knowledge of guest preferences to enhance the guest experience
- Provide guests with a 5-star luxury customer service experience, thriving to go the extra mile at all times
- Ability to assist guests with special requests and reservations to local restaurants, activities and any transportation requests
- Handles any guest concerns and complaints with empathy and using a hospitable manner
- You will be a “brand ambassador” at all times ensuring brand integrity and clarity

Guest Service Agent attributes:

- Previous experience working in either a Front of House supervisor, Guest Relations Officer or Guest Services Supervisor capacity
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience working as a supervisor or assistant manager in Rooms
- Knowledge of hotel operations and specifically Rooms Division
- Strong and professional communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Able to perform the tasks of a Front of House Receptionist
- Excellent customer services skills
