My Client is looking for experienced Customer Service people who have dealt with customer escalations and complaints in either a contact centre or office environment.

You must be confident in replying to customer escalations/queries via email or telephone.

You must be available to work within the hours of 8am-7pm across 7 days of the week.

You must be able to commit to this role if successful until the New Year.

There is the chance of this role being extended.
