Guest Relations Executive - Luxury Travel
Fantastic opportunity for graduates over the summer to work 4 days on and 4 days off in an office based Guest Relations Role. We are looking for two temps to start ASAP until the end of August and there is also the opportunity to go permanent for those looking for a permanent role!
Working for a luxury property/travel company based in creative offices near to Liverpool Street you will be working as part of a team providing guests with support pre, during and post stay in their luxury properties.
Duties will include managing the inbox, taking calls and checking in with guests over the phone, as well as managing the live chat feed on their website. You will also be a key contact for the wider office in regards to field operations and host relations.
The Guest relations line is open 7 days a week from 8am - 8pm so you will be working, 8-8 4 days on and then 4 days off in a job share with your colleagues in the team (4ppl in total).
We are looking for someone with clear experience within a customer/client services role during their studies. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, key languages like French, Spanish, Mandarin, Russian and Italian are desirable but not essential.
We are happy to consider people only looking to temp or those who are looking for permanent roles as this position could well go permanent at the end of the summer for those interested!
