Group Supply Chain Manager

As part of our current expansion and development plans, we are now seeking a Group Supply Chain Manager.

Using your interpersonal and co-ordination skills, you will guarantee the implementation of the integrated group Supply ChainProject, coordinating across the European Business Units. Manage the key suppliers of material and transport to provide product and service at the optimised cost. You will be accountable for the delivery of Group stock level optimisation, Procurement and logistic optimisation and Transport optimisation. You will have previous experience of implementing new processes within a changing environment and seeing the process through to a successful conclusion.

You have an understanding of custom procedures and demonstrated, well developed negotiation skills along with the confidence to liaise with departmental stakeholders. You are an internal and external relationship builder with excellent communication skills. You are an experienced and resilient project manager who is used to operating in a fast paced environment. You have LEAN experience with a continuous improvement mindset and are familiar with working under pressure and to tight deadlines. .

In this role you will be accountable for the delivery of Group stock level optimisation, Procurement and logistic optimisation and Transport optimisation.

You will take full responsibility for planning and implementation of Sales Forecasting which includes Co-ordination, Consolidations and Consistency checks.

For the core materials (Hardware, Medial Aluminium, Ink) you will oversee Suppliers evaluation, Suppliers rationalisation (in co-ordination with the P3 Group sourcing director), Suppliers contract negotiation: price list, lead time, MOQ, MDQ, Payment conditions, consignment stock in cooperation with the P3 Group sourcing director, MRP introduction and management, Material purchase orders issue and expediting.

You will manage Stock Management including Stock management guidelines implementation and control, Stock turns, slow and surplus stock management, Stock of Phase in/out product management.

You will supervise Group Transport inbound and outbound which includes Management of transport contracts, Coordination of transport rates/tender process and Contract performance review management.

Additionally you will ensure regular tracking of performance against project and KPI’s and frequently communicating progress to the business.
