A passionate & talented Sales Trainer/Mentor/Coach /Communicator to assist with the induction and retail sales teams’ development and growth. You will play an integral role in the expansion and delivery of our successful Listers Accreditation Programmes for our new starters; and the development and accreditation of our existing sales teams utilising our award winning programme.
This role will support a customer centric approach to the retailing of cars and is based at our Training Academy in Solihull reporting to the Group Learning and Development Manager.
•Previous experience of delivering first class training within a sales environment is desirable.
•Able to engage groups of learners at every stage of the learning process using a variety of techniques to convey and embed learning
•An understanding of assessment tools and their links to learning & development including evaluation of learning retention
•A genuine interest and passion for the automotive industry, keeping abreast of developments both within the brands represented by Listers and its competitors
•Possess intermediate IT Skills - Especially Microsoft Office

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in a similar role or have a deep understanding of how the inside of a sales team operates within a car dealership . As a minimum you will have experience of delivering sales training and coaching as part of your remit, whether this be as a Trainer, Head of Business , Sales Manager, Business Manager or Car Sales Executive.
