We are currently looking to recruit a well organized, results driven and dynamic Group Sales Exec. This is a great opportunity to join our team and receive ongoing training so you can grow with the company.
We are looking for someone highly motivated and looking to succeed. Your role will involve generating new leads for example through cold calling and by attending events. The goal when meeting or liaising with customers is to build positive, long-term relationships that ’win’ the business! You must be confident with face-to-face meetings and giving sales presentations. Your role will allow you to offer a dedicated service for clients, not only in winning new business but also being a big part of their business solutions.
You will be responsible for building your client base and working to sales targets so you must have a strong desire and determination to succeed. As a representative of the company, we will expect you to be professional at all times.
- To promote and sell our extensive range of design and development / marketing services.
- To support the Directors in business development.
- To liaise with existing clients and gain repeat business through the analysis of their continuing business needs.
- To create proposals
- To follow up leads generated through the website and mailers
- To contact relevant businesses within our target audience to sell our services and build relationships.
- To represent the company in its best light at all times.
- Attend Business Networking meetings
- Maintain CRM system
Essential skills and abilities
- Self-motivated, ambitious and driven
- A creative problem solver

- Have excellent communication skills and strong in networking situations
- Friendly and approachable personality, and able to build strong relationships
- Knowledge of / interest in design / marketing / web development
- A background / contacts in media would be beneficial
- Proven success within a Digital Agency, with experience in the design/marketing and/or web development arenas would be a huge bonus

Salary depending on skills and experience - £70k OTE
