A leading financial Services organisation are looking to expand their Employee Benefits arm by adding an additional Consultant to their existing, successful team! In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Health & Risk services to a broad portfolio of clients and significant consulting projects or assignments for key clients, whilst continuing to develop strong client relationships and seeking new opportunities for portfolio growth.

The role

Maintain regular contact across the client relationship to ensure service delivery is of the highest standard.
Deliver sustainable savings and improved value to clients and their employees
Increase market awareness of the firms services.
Provide broad client advice and guidance, ensuring client needs are fully understood and met.

The Candidate

Extensive experience in the Employee Benefits Industry is a must for this. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate their experience of managing a portfolio of clients effectively, be able to portray their understanding and knowledge of Group Risk & Healthcare products effectively and have a proven record of business retention and account growth. Ideally you will also hold a relevant Industry qualification.
