Our client, a leading UK based financial services and employee benefits consultancy, currently has an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven management background to join their business and head up a team of Administrators within their employee benefits division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management, motivation and development of the team to ensure our clients Group Risk & Healthcare service remains competitive, efficient and profitable, whilst continuing to meet the needs of their corporate customers.
Candidates need to come from a customer services or administration background and ideally have an employee benefits / insurance background focussing on group risk, healthcare, PMI or general employee benefits.
