Group Reporting Accountant

My client, an organisation in the Education sector, is seeking a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Accountant for its Group Reporting Accountant position.

Duties include:

*Reporting on annual and quarterly financial statements
*Manage the preparation and delivery of the UK statutory accounts for Group Holding Companies
*Performing monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidations of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow including all related acquisition accounting and purchase price allocation requirements
*Review and sign off all intercompany invoicing/processing
*Responsible for ensuring group audit adjustments are appropriately posted and for managing the group reserves position for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting

It is essential that this candidate has sound experience of IFRS and UK GAAP financial reporting. Ideally from a top 20 practice environment this person with be comfortable with statutory and group consolidations, including multicurrency.
