Experience

• At least 3 years post-qualification experience gained in a law firm (within a regulatory / financial services practice), and/or in a Legal & Compliance department of a financial services institution and/or in a supervisory authority

Qualifications

• Holds at least 3 ‘A’ Levels (or equivalent) at grade B or higher.
• Holds a degree (or similar) having gained at least 2:I (with honours) or higher.
• Admitted to the Law Society of England and Wales and holding a current practicing certificated from the Solicitors Regulatory Authority.
• Has completed / passed all Law Society / Solicitors Regulatory Authority post-qualification mandatory training.
