Jigsaw Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading, local business for this crucial piece of recruitment. You will play a pivotal role in delivering the HR strategy ensuring their is a seamless HR service to the business. You will be vital in delivering new solutions, policies, procedures and processes. The position reports into the Operations Director and will work as part of the Senior Management team.
As the ideal candidate you will:-
Previous experience in a HR Management role;
Have sound and current employment law and employee relations knowledge;
Lead a team of generalist HR and recruitment colleagues;
Be CIPD qualified or equivalent;
Have the hands-on experience to be able to create, deploy, manage and develop a complete HR strategy covering recruitment, training, appraisal and development. As the successful candidate you will have a strong character and excellent communication skills.
