We have a truly exciting and challenging opportunity for an ambitious Group Finance Manager to support our highly skilled finance team.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include:

Managing the Group statutory audit

  • Preparation of Group and subsidiary statutory accounts

  • Preparation of monthly consolidated management reports

  • Preparation of quarterly VAT return

  • Consolidation, analysis and reporting of annual budgets and forecasts

  • Weekly and monthly cash flow reporting

  • Weekly KPI reporting

  • Assist external corporate tax advisers to prepare annual tax submissions and ad hoc planning and compliance matters

  • Assist the Finance Director and CFO with ad hoc analysis and reporting

  • Liaise with the stakeholders of the parent group on cash, taxation, audit, compliance and other reporting matters

  • Support wider finance and legal teams on technical and corporate matters

  • Monitoring credit ratings of subsidiaries and key customers and suppliers

What will you be like?

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work constructively within a team and fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication to engage a broad ranging stakeholder group
