Our client is an exciting food brand with plans to expand further across the UK and internationally. This is an opportunity to join the senior team in this instrumental role with a remit which will grow as the Group develops additional food concepts.
The role will bring full autonomy for the development, design and quality of the product and menus and you will have the opportunity to travel internationally, working with passionate colleagues sharing ideas and best practice. Through both innovation and through product excellence you will develop amazing ranges to keep this business at the forefront of their industry.
With a background in restaurants, food development within retail or FMCG food manufacturing, you will need to be able to demonstrate a balance between your creative flair for food development, your commercial acumen regarding pricing, cost and waste and your ability to 'get the job done'! In short you MUST be able to translate your creative food concepts through to delivery stage. You will be a passionate foodie who keeps updated with latest trends and who is driven to deliver new products to market.
As this is a culturally diverse business so you will be able to excel in this vibrant & challenging environment with an understanding of the different communication styles required within an international business.
