A group wide position in a leading name in Retail, this is a senior appointment to their Property Design Team. Managing a team of Retail Designers this role will lead the concept development and roll out of retail store environments across the global portfolio.

This Group Concept & Design Manager role is a pivotal role not just to the Property Design team but to the continuous success of the Group. The role will lead the concept development and roll out of retail store environments across the group.
You will be managing and motivating a Property Design team including numerous Retail Designers, whilst working in collaboration with the Group Head of Concept & Design to build a total development strategy across the Retail Group. Consistently striving to improve the overall customer experience across all of the Group Fascia's.
Working across the wider teams within the group to drive innovative concepts and deliver inspiring commercial spaces. Understanding the importance of consistent brand identity across the differing markets within the Group.
This is a senior leadership role, so you should have the ability and desire to inspire and mentor those around you. Able to both innovate and improve design concepts with dynamic but commercially appropriate store environments.
You must have a strong background in Retail Design with an in depth knowledge of industry trends.
Experience of all stages of the design process from conception through to delivery.
Detailed experience of Retail Construction coupled with good understanding of Building Regulations and Compliance.
Thorough knowledge of architectural drawings and specifications for construction document production.
Degree Qualified in an Architectural or Interior Design related qualification. With a minimum of 5 years' experience leading the development of retail concepts in a management position.
Proficient in AutoCAD essential and REVIT experience would be desirable.
You must hold a valid Passport as international travel will be required.
