Group Compliance Manager

A medium sized group of companies with head office based in Farnborough, Hampshire.
Your new role
This is a broad ranging Compliance role working in the manufacturing and hi-tech industry.
Your role will be to keep the legal and ethical integrity of the business intact through policy development,training, enforcement and planning.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the business policies and practices represent latest applicable legislation and compliance best practice, including policy development, audit and training as needed, and for ensuring that all areas of the business are fully compliant.
Falling within this remit is maintenance ISO accreditation, GDPR and all areas of Corporate compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a broad background in Corporate Compliance gained in a manufacturing or similar industry with the following experience and skills:
Proven experience in a compliance management and project management
Methodical and diligent approach with outstanding organisational and planning capabilities
Ability to keep meticulous records and to ensure that documentation is received to deadlines.
Proven experience of writing business processes and procedures within a recognised legislative framework
Have knowledge of best practice and know what a 'good' system looks like
Excellent communication and team working skills, with an ability to engage staff at all levels of the organisation and win their support for quality practices
What you'll get in return
The salary will be in the range £50-60000 plus a good range of benefits and 25 days holiday
