Gilbert Meher is working with a leading, medium-sized adult social care provider in the North. The company supports elderly people, as well as those with mental health and disability needs. With over a decade of experience, the company focuses on delivering high-quality care supported by innovative training.

The Opportunity
There is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious administration manager to join this forward-thinking care provider. This is a leadership role providing support and mentorship to all administrators across the company, as well as supporting Home Managers with quality and compliance.

You will also take the lead in providing all administrative support for payroll processing across the company.

Experience / Candidate
A warm, outgoing individual with strong administrative support experience. This role would suit someone with a passion for coaching and mentoring others.

As you will be providing support across the North, you must be willing to travel. The company uses Coldharbour for payroll, and it is essential that you are familiar with this package.
