Group Admin Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group Admin Manager to join our client, a market leading healthcare provider based in North Yorkshire. They are a rapidly expanding organisation offering long term stability and career progression to the successful candidate.

Your overall responsibility will be to provide an effective and professional administrative service to the Head Office and support to Home Administrators throughout the region. Key duties will include:

  • Lead all Home administrators providing systems training

  • Provide support to Home Managers to include Quality Audits, Marketing and deal with visiting authorities in their absence ie. CQC, Safeguarding

  • Work with the Director of Operations to create Home Administrator Key Competencies, identifying any gaps and making recommendations

  • Respond to queries about homes and their facilities in an professional and courteous manner

  • Ensure that all records are maintained and regularly updated in line with data protection guidelines

  • Assist Home Managers in recording resident funds and financial records

  • Assist in ensuring that all pay information is correctly recorded and submitted within weekly deadlines

  • Assist in the organisation and co-ordination of social events and activities

  • Report any complaints regarding service and care to Home Managers

About You:

  • Previous experience in HR and a good understanding of the recruitment process

  • Experience in basic finance, ie. petty cash, reconciliations, payroll

  • Have experience of having trained and implemented new processes

  • Good communication skills with the ability to coach and give instruction

  • Previous experience working of managing people over multiple sites

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team to meet individual or shared deadlines

  • Full driving licence

The role will be based in Head Office 2/3 days per week and the remaining days will be based at any of the companies homes so extensive travel will be involved and over night stays may be occasionally required.
