You’re a Coldharbour master who can mentor our Care Home Administrators to your standard of excellence
We are looking for an experienced administrator to lead and mentor our care home administrators across the UK to provide effective and professional admin services to their homes and ensure the Home and Head Office requirements are met.

What you’ll be doing
You will be in our care homes mentoring and supporting the homes administrators on achieving best practice standards in relation to the systems used (Coldharbour), payroll processing and all the administrative tasks they perform.
You will also provide management support to the Home Manager which will include Quality Audits, Marketing and dealing with visiting authorities in the absence of the Home Manager, i.e. CQC, Safeguarding.
In conjunction with the Director of Operations, Home Manager and Head of Regional Operations (including HR) it is envisaged you will identify gaps in competencies and help devise best practice standards and plans to improve the services provided by home administrators.

You will also need to understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements which are relevant such as Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, COSHH, all aspects of the Care Standards Act, have a clear understanding of Infection Prevention and Control policies, procedures and measures to maintain a safe environment throughout our homes, raising any concerns to the Home Manager immediately.
As this is a peripatetic position you will be required to travel extensively throughout the care homes in our portfolio so the ability to travel around the UK and a driving licence is essential.
