Essential Education, Qualifications & Training

Level 4+ Financial services qualifications, RO exams are preferable.

An education to degree level is advantageous.

Your Personal Attributes Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.

Articulate, detailed and accurate.

Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

IT Skills

Fully competent in all the major desktop applications (proficient in Microsoft Word,

Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Previous experience of all the main Platforms and IO will be advantageous

The Role Summary

THE RECRUITED FINANCIAL ADVISOR will have specialist knowledge of pensions, investments, savings and

intergenerational wealth planning, as well as possessing great people skills.

As a financial adviser, you'll be able to talk to a diverse range of clients in an engaging and credible manner

and be able to give them the confidence that you are a specialist in your area able who is

able to deliver the agreed outcomes.

To meet these expectations, you will be able to work in an effective manner with the wider COMPANY IFA team to research the client's situation, providers and the UK marketplace so that you can recommend the most appropriate products, services and solutions available and then secure a recommendation that's both

compliant and suitable for the clients desired outcomes and appetite for risk profile.

In order to give this financial advice, you must have a minimum of Level 4 CII (or equivalent)

professional qualifications and follow the strict financial industry rules and practice out in the FCA Conduct of Business Source Book.
