Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior team members and external agencies to create and refine a wide array of marketing materials, both digital and print, including campaign visuals, presentations, social media graphics, event collateral, advertisements, brochures, reports, and event materials.
  • Regularly produce and maintain supporting documents, including reports, financial statements and presentations with updates required on a quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of design across various channels and all areas of the business
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
  • Communicate with team members to receive feedback and make necessary adjustments.
  • Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect specifications.

Required Experience/Skillset

  • Must have proficiency in a wide use of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, photoshop & InDesign)
  • Ideally experience with both Figma & Sketch.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint – designing and supporting the development of pitch materials
  • Proficiency in Motion Graphics, Video Editing, and Web Design is highly desirable
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity preferable
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus but not required.
