Graphic Designer Wanted: Bring Your Vision to Life at the Heart of Cricket

Are you a graphic designer bursting with creative energy and a love for bold, engaging design? Do you dream in colour palettes and typography? Can you imagine your work capturing the energy of a live sports event, with thousands watching?

We’ve partnered with Northamptonshire County Cricket Club to find a talented Graphic Designer to join their team full-time (37.5 hours per week). This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and wants to see their work come to life across stadium screens, social media, print, and more.

Important: Candidates must live locally to Northampton and be able to work on-site every day. Remote or hybrid working is not available for this role.

What’s on offer:

• Full-time, on-site role (non-negotiable)

• Salary up to £25,000 per year

Who we’re looking for:

• A visual storyteller with at least 2 years of design experience

• Someone who can share a portfolio of past work

• Passionate about sports, events, or just great design

What you’ll be creating:

• Digital content for web, social media, and email

• Print assets like posters, brochures, and signage

• Cohesive branding across all club visuals

• Eye-catching artwork that communicates clearly and powerfully

You’ll also:

• Collaborate across departments to develop creative ideas

• Be the lead in-house designer for all visual output

• Coordinate with printers and external suppliers to ensure quality production

• Handle multiple projects at once in a fast-moving environment

Skills and tools you’ll need:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• A keen eye for detail and layout

• Confidence presenting ideas and taking feedback

• Strong organisational and time management skills
