Are you a creative, forward-thinking individual with a passion for both design and digital printing? We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer / Digital Print Operative to join a dynamic team within a well-established business. This role offers a chance to work across both Digital Print and Creative Services departments, contributing to a wide range of projects while collaborating with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design a variety of creative projects using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Assist with digital printing and finishing, ensuring top-quality results
- Handle multiple projects from different clients, managing various deadlines
- Communicate confidently with customers, both in person and digitally
- Switch between design and print tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage diverse projects and deadlines
- Strong communication skills for both face-to-face and digital interactions
- Flexibility to move between design and print tasks
- Experience with printing/finishing processes is a plus, though full training will be provided
