Are you a Middleweight Graphic Designer seeking a new role that you can make your own? We have an excellent opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join a small but growing business within the Telford area, in return our client is offering an annual salary up to £30k and other company benefits.

The Job Role:

• This is an opportunity for a Middleweight Graphic Designer to play an instrumental part in the business, working with a great team all dedicated to delivering superb creative solutions.
• Working alongside the design and marketing team to develop the annual catalogue.
• Design and develop branding for new and existing products as well as merchandise.
• Working alongside the marketing team to update the monthly newsletter.
• Send Mailchimp campaigns for new products and promotions to our customers.
• Create social media posts (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter).
• Designing new packaging for our products and liaising with printers to ensure great results.
• Website maintenance - content, images, pricing etc.
• Creating and maintaining company literature and forms/documents.

Experience/ Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years Graphic Design experience is ESSENTIAL.
• You will need to be passionate about design with a focused, positive attitude and a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity.
• You MUST have a recent portfolio to send with your CV.
• A relevant BA (Hons) degree or equivalent experience.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to balance great design with meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• You will have proven experience of designing for print, web and digital.
• Ability to work within Adobe CS, in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge in CRM Marketing (advantage, not essential).

The Package:

• An annual salary up to £30,000 per annum.
• A permanent position.
• Hours: Mon -Fri9am-5pm.
